This hour (including 3 ethics hours) course addresses the BCC core competencies by focusing on personality trait assessment and coaching approaches for individuals, businesses and organizations. Coaches should purchase and read the required text by David Keirsey which is available in kindle or paperback format on Amazon.

Through course materials, you’ll learn how to help clients increase awareness and understanding of their own personality traits and how those traits can influence their interactions with others and the environment. In coaching, this assessment tool is useful for individual awareness and development, team building, organizational processes, personal relationships, leadership or career development and more. Course learning is achieved by: (1) Reading the required text Please Understand Me II, (2) video training (3) additional resource materials, (4) an interactive discussion forum, and (5) an online learning examination. Students have an unlimited number of attempts to complete the online multiple choice exam with a score of 70% or better in order to facilitate learning, successfully pass this course and receive a certificate of completion.
